The Exploitation Of Women

"Woman was created from the rib of man, She was not made from his head - to top him; Nor of his feet, to be trampled upon; But pit of his side, to be equal to him; Under his arm, to be protected; And near his heart, to be loved." -unknown

What a lovely quote, eh?

Sometimes don't this type of quotes make you wonder, what really is the value of a woman in a man's eye?
What do they see us as?

And don't we, sometimes when we thought of the perfect guy, we tend to shake that thought off?
Are we, women have our head in the air for far too long? Or have we been fed with too many soap operas where the guys are the cutest and most romantic things alive?
What should we expect from a guy?
We know that guys won't be anywhere near those in soap operas.
We are not requesting for a perfect one, no one's perfect.
It's just that we want men to try to be near to perfect.
Men are men, they're half insane and half god.

But then again....it's the fact that they have been exploiting us all these years that we're having problem with.

Don't you have the right to feel something when you talk to a guy and he sort of just stare at your chest?
Don't you have the right to feel feel something when guys talk about porn and how they love to fuck the hell out of us?
Don't you?

"A good man doesn't just happen. They have to be created by us women. A guy is a lump like a doughnut." -Roseanne Barr

I dare say that I have to agree with Roseanne.

Frankly speaking, I don't think so there's any good man left in the whole world.

If there's any,

Who is it to be blamed when women are shaking their asses off the screen of your television beside a rapper which somehow turns to be miraculously CUTE and HANDSOME, not forgettting the fact that he is surrounded by 20 hot girls in skimpy clothes which barely cover anything?

Songs like "I wanna Love You " by Akon, and 'Dem Jeans' by some singer tells that women should shake their assets off, as if that's the only thing that would make the world go round.

Songs telling women they should get laid and how the men like to "Drop it Like It's Hot" and how they love to "Smack That". Don't you feel anything?

Don't you feel anything when you realised that your guy friend was staring at your boobs instead of listening to you talking?

Or maybe listen to a group of guys from your class talk about how they like to fuck girls when YOU'RE IN FRONT OF THEM and IN PUBLIC?

Or even when your classmates form a group behind your class to watch porn together?

Don't you feel a bit exploited?

Is there nothing more to us than just a 'baby factory' and a 'fucking machine'?

I feel VERY exploited. Watch porn for all you want. But please, behave in front of a woman. We're not just any woman, we're species that has been your mother, your grandmother, your sister and your auntie.

Where's the worth of a woman?

Or maybe that's how men bonded and show how manly they are? Or is it just how different the way we think and men think?

"When women are depressed, they eat or go shopping. Men invade another country. It's a whole different way of thinking".-Elayne Boosler

To think again, where are those guys who would be the one singing "If You're Not The One" or "My Love" to you and meant it?

Is there really nothing else inside a guy's head beside SEX SEX and MORE SEX?

"We don't need women. There are plenty other things in the world to have sex with, just go to a sexaholics meeting and take notes. There's microwaved watermelons. There's the vibrating handles of lawn mowers right at crotch level. There's vacuum cleaners and beanbag chairs. Internet sites. All those old chat room sex hounds pretending to be sixteen-year-old girls. For serious, old FBI guys makes the sexiest cyberbabes."- Chuck Palahniuk

And at the end of the day, this sort of things make us think again,

Who is to be blamed for women's exploitation? Rapper that sing about how much they love to get laid with you or 10 women surrounding him, shaking their asses and boobs off?

And what do we do to stop this thing? I don't know. In fact, I think no one really cares. But sadly I do care.
Should men change or should women change?

Is it us that are supposed to wear chastity belt so that we cannot get rape?
Is it us that should iron our breasts so that men won't look at it?
Or should we just continue allowing guys to stare at us against our will and hope that someday this will change?

Don't get me wrong, women are meant to be looked and be amazed by.
Such great and beautiful creation of God.
But, 'to look and be amazed' and 'to look and be turned on' is a totally different thing?

What do you think?

"Women have every right; they just have to excercise them."- Victoria Claflin Woodhull

And I am excercising them now.

Singning Out,

Don't Wanna Be Exploited Anymore.
